Chandler, Arizona, is a vibrant and rapidly growing city located in Maricopa County, about 22 miles (35 kilometers) southeast of Downtown Phoenix. This economic shift earned Chandler the nickname “the high-tech oasis of the silicon desert”. Chandler was officially incorporated as a city in 1920.
